Lost hope, then it arrived

Just popping this on here because I had so many questions after renewing my vehicle license via the online Natis service. The system is smooth and painless and promises to deliver the printed disk within 3 days. Nope: did not arrive in 3 days and then I received an SMS apologising for the delay on a Friday evening at 10pm (???).

A few days after this and still not receiving my disc I was starting to think it’s a **** so I googled around. The website and service is legit. Reading the HelloPeter reviews though I thought all hope was lost and that I would never receive my disc. I was close to heading to my local traffic department to get a reprint done because, after all, I paid for my renewal. THEN… About 2 weeks after initially applying online I received an SMS saying my disc is being printed. It was delivered the same day. I deduced that it is handled/printed by each respective traffic department (where your car is registered), then collected by the courier company and delivered - hence the fast delivery after print.

If the same thing is happening to you, don’t lose hope.

1 star for over promising and under delivering 5 start because I didn’t stand in a queue for 2 hours and it actually arrived (Ha Ha)
