Lisence Disk

I have sent four e mails to eNatis and been on the enquiry line twice for more than 30 minutes just to be cut off when I was first in line. This is immense frustration and ********* behaviour, especially not having the time. My license disc is paid for and overdue. What can I do? Do one eventually get your license ?
