Licence not delivered as advised it would be

I app**** and paid for my licence online, I received an sms to advise that my licence would be delivered on 06/02 which never happened. After 3 follow up emails I was informed that I signed for it on rbe 7th which I never did,clearly a case of ***** and dishonesy of the courier.

I have used NATIS online 3times in the past and had an awesome experience till now🤷♂️🤦♂️🤔until now👎
