Had a confirmed booking at Waltloo DLTC for TODAY 30/09/2020 (ref num ***) but low and behold. Arrived 09:00 in the morning and told to **** of as we are of line. Rudest gate staff and trying to get them to talk to you is impossible. It is time for me to leave this ****hole of a country. I now have to rebook. Least to say I am a pensioner 66 years of age and had to travel from Germiston only to find no service. My petrol / toll gate fees etc and the waste of time is ignored. Never ever thought that this will happen in this country.
