its a nightmare to get a learners booking

I made a booking for my daughter online, and my husband drove all the way to Germiston to make the payment for the booking, why on Gods green earth they dont allow you to pay electronically, I dont know, there is modern technology available, they dont even tell you that the person who is writing the learners must be present to pay, so he could not pay for the booking, the booking date to pay expired, now when I am trying to get her a booking closer to where we live, I cant book it as her booking is not cancelled and now she needs to go all the way to Germiston just to cancel the damn booking because you cant do it online, what the f.. I mean these things should be allowed online, over the phone, we have a virus out there and we are still required to go in to do these things, they dont provide enough information to educate people on the natis system, its just terrible, they dont even tell you that the system opens at certain times to get a booking, I have been trying for months to get a booking, eventually I called after getting through after an hour, just to be told the system opens at a certain time and only then can you make a booking, its a nightmare to get a learners booking, you would swear we are living in a ****** 6th world country
