Impossible to get online booking, turned away from DLTD without an online booking

I have been trying to get an online booking to renew my driver's licence for 2 months, everyday that I go onto the website to make a booking there are 0 slots available. I have tried waking up extremely early to get onto the site as early as possible and waiting until 7h45 to ensure that I don't leave it too late in the day: always 0 slots available.

I then went to the Malboro Driving & Licensing Department without a booking thinking that perhaps the online system was transitionary and walk-ins could still be accommodated. I was turned away and told that only people with online bookings are permitted to renew their licences. I have tried to make an online booking each day since: still 0 slots available.

My driver's licence has now expired, and I am getting desperate and feel very vulnerable. How can I renew my driver's licence?
