If i could give a negavtive star rating i would !! *********** & USELESS

I have paid 3 weeks ago for my license dis and received what they call an MVLX apparently the new law is that if you own more than one vehicle both have to be licensed at the same time as one vehicle can block the other from receiving a license disc. To resolve this issue i take off time from work and had to the licensing department and renew the other car even though it was not due for 2 months. I then emailed them and the insist the issue is not resolved. I refuse to believe this system works at all and i am convinced they have a no care no help policy. I will be elevating this issue extensively as i cannot afford to redo the disc or pay fines on it being expired.
