I made a booking for my Code 8 Drivers test

I made a booking for my Code 8 Drivers test. Mind you I stay in Centurion and needed to get this sorted out for work purposes. I took the earliest available slot I could find which was 23 May at 8am which is today. The slot I got was at the Randfontein DLTC . My booking expires today. I was at the facilities by 7am as the place is far. When I got there the cashier or counter lady tells me that my booking is not showing on the system so I can't test. I drove all this way wasted my petrol and paying someone to accompany me as I am not legal to drive on my own as I'm still a learner driver only to be turned back even with the booking form clearly showing the date time address etc. She just said she can't help me and if I need to lay a complaint I need to do it online as there's no one who can assist me there. I would like to be reimbursed for all the money I spent on a system that is inefficient
