I Feel ****med by ENATIS

On the 16 March 2023 i app**** for the renewal of my vehicle license disc as it expired on the 28 February 2023 and was promised that the disc will be delivered within 5 business days, but till today i am still waiting and the is no communication from them. When i call the call centre number it doesn't get through and they don't respond to my emails, i feel like i have been ****med. I paid R420 plus R99 for the courier fees.
