Horrible service. Purchased licence and still nothing

Purchased my licence on 9 October, emailed proof but still no licence to date.

Today i called the centre 3 times , first time i waited 25 mins, wen im number 1 someone cuts the call. Call 2nd time, wait 30 mins ,the same thing happens again. Call 3rd time ,wait 30 mins ,agsin same happens as when i called the first time. 1.5hours is alot of time to waste!

I literally emailed online support over 13 tines and no reply. I even whatsappd and still nothing.

Looks like im veing ******!!

How can this be taken up to higher levels .
