Horrible service from RTMC

I have since paid to renew my license disc on the 13th of October and courier delivery but till today I haven’t received anything tried to email Rtmc no reply tried to watsapp no reply tried calling them and waited for like 30 minutes on the line for like 3 times but as soon as I get 1st in line the call hangs up . I am very frustrated as my disc has expired and I thought this would be an easy way to get my disc but it is the worst decision I have ever taken . Thabo Malatji RTMC ***
