Horrible service and *********** people

I paid for my disc renewal online and I was told that I have to go pay my traffic fines by the department for me to receive my disc. The traffic department told me they can’t help me because I CHOSE TO PAY VUA NATIS. I also went to post office to understand why I haven’t received my disc even now and they can’t help either. Natis WhatsApp number I was given is unresponsive. My licence disc expired and I’m driving with an expired disc. I paid for both my disc and my traffic fines that was about R1200.
