eNats online bad service - waiting for refund

21/07 - I registered on eNats website to renew license disc 21/07 - Received invoice for R1311.00 - INV565 21/07 - I paid R1311.00 as per invoice details 22/07 - I received a query from *** - vehicle registered under another name, and I rep**** immediately that, yes, she is my mother. 26/07 - From same email asking me to confirm receipt of email of 22/07. I rep**** immediately saying that I already rep****. 05/08 - They asked how I would like to proceed. By then I already got my disc from the post office, and said I want my money back.

Till today I have not heard anything back from them!
