***** ENATS *****ING MONEY AND DELIVERING THE WRONG DETAILS ON LICENCE

I paid R1900 online for eNats to renew my lisence disk! I filled in the correct details on the application and proof of how the previous details looked. They delivered a lisence document with the wrong licence number. THEY refuse to correct it and says I need to correct it myself where I need to pay AGAIN.... I DEMAND my money BACK so that I can do the application myself! Be careful when using these people

It has been weeks and not resolved! WHERE should one get another R1900 to apply...

YOU CAN NOT HAVE A SERVICE online, take the money and not deliver correctly and make the applicant pay double. It is YOUR service that was not delivered correclty!!!!
