Enatis - worst system ever created.

I tried for 6 weeks to get slots for license driving card renewal. Twice I got slots, but now matter how I tried, I can not got the OTM pin they have to send me. Today I am applying for a motorcycle license and I could not believe when I found 1 x slot open. I immediately went through all the steps. No OTP. Therefore I am losing that slot again. What does it help to sit in front of a computer day after day and you can do nothing? they won't even allow you to go into the DLTC to apply there. My License card has expired. My friends learners will eventually expire.this is the worst system the government could ever have come up with. Call centre also doesn't answer any calls and message box full
