eNaTIS website and service sucks, they dont know their own work and website!

Pathetic service and website, they have missing suburbs so you cant renew you license and then they made me use the closest one and caused the parcel to go missing for days. then a month later I get a 0 braincell response saying I must start the process over and type in the suburb fast and wait.....like how if its not in the list!!!!!!
