eNatis trash!!

Natin online is less than useless! Paid my license on 24 Feb and still waiting 17 March. To make things worse, I checked the site and noticed that they want me to renew from start although I have paid. Emails does not get answered. I phone twice, holding on fo more than an hour......you start with you are caller no 8 in the linewith waiting time 14 minutes. I ended up with me being caller no 2 for more than 20 min and waiting time now of 38min. This is the worst experience from a national government institution I have ever come accross!!
