Enatis system a joke

What a joke. You are expected to make a booking which I did BUT the booking date and time generated means nothing. My booking is confirmed electronically for 13h00 @ Bedfordview license renewal Centre. I arrive 30 minutes early only to be told to join the queue. More than 50 people in front of me? What exactly is the point and WHY is this Enatis incompetence allowed to continue. Guess what every one is at lunch.
