eNatis system

This is UNACCEPTABLE! The eNatis website is ******* like everything in this country. No-one can book anything online anymore. How the hell are people supposed to renew their driving licences without being able to make a booking? The licence centers will not assist customers without a booking. Perhaps everyone should now drive around with expired licences and have good lawyers to bail them out of flipping jail when they get arrested and then sue the police for damages!
