eNaTIS - still waiting on new licence delivery
I app**** and paid online for 2 renewals on 20 September. The promise of delivery within 3 days are absolute nonsense, as I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now. No replies on emails, absolutely no client service at all. Utterly disgusting! If the problem is with you, then make your side heard. If the problem is with the courier service, name them so that we can take them on. I will NEVER use your service again, and will discourage everyone else to do it.

21 Oct 2022, 14:16Update on my complaint. After I found another email address on the RTMC site, I got a reply from them. My parcel was sent to me within the 3 day promised period. However, because I had another parcel delivered to me on the same day by the same courier, there was a huge mixup. Apparently I signed both delivery slips, but I only received one parcel. I am following up with SKYNET - no replies of their investigation yet, but I will open a new complaint under their company name. Thanks to RTMC for finally giving me some feedback, I appreciate those involved in pointing me in the right direction.
