eNatis online vehicle registration failures and lack of support.

Unstable online system and don't care online support attitude. Tried to renew some licenses online which expired 27 Feb but could not make payment due to eNatis system failures. Mailing *** took 2 days to respond with a flat "try again later" Tried every day until 3 Feb when the system finally processed the payment without failing half way. Phoned on 12th may to report the disks has not been delivered yet (this normally happens within the week). No feedback givin at all. Sent another mail out to Online *** with no response for days. Resent the same mail on 20 March to be answered a day later asking for the vehicle reg number. Nothing after that, no feedback, no status update nothing. Called the call centre number and was asked to mail the vehicle registration again. Repeatedly replying everyday to *** asking for a status update and nobody bothers to reply. This is voetsek support of the worst kind.
