eNatis online MVL renewal is a farce.

I guess the good functionality of the website lulled me into a false sense of security. I renewed the licenses for two vehicles (10/08/2022) and one trailer (12/08/2022) and received confirmation of payment. The website assures you of delivery within 3 days for which you are charged R99,-- if I remember correctly. No tracking number was provided. On the 18th I received an SMS telling me that my MVL would be delivered that day. A tracking number was provided, but no details of the courier. No delivery was made. On the 19th I received an SMS from SAPO apologizing for the delay in delivery and stating that the MVLs were being processed for deliver. A week later and nothing has arrived. I am now driving around with the payment receipts waiting to see what will happen when the traffic cops stop me for having an expired disc on my car.
