ENATIS ONLINE CRASH REPORT SYSTEM IS USELESS TO SAY THE LEAST - DYSFUCNTIONAL COMPANY AND TOTAL WASTE OF TAX PAYERS MONEY

Tried numerous times to use the online crash reporting system on enatis only to be met with an internal error message right at the very end of the hour long submission each time. What an utterly useless system. Then tried calling the even more useless help line only to be in a holding pattern for what seemed like a day without answer! tried submitting a mail to this dysfunction mail with no reply!
