eNaTIS LIES, DO NOT TRUST ITS WEBSITE

To renew your Drivers License, you are told to book online. But when you try to book online, almost all the Gauteng outlets show zero bookings available, ALL THE TIME. The website then says that Senior Citizens (60+) "do not have to book online". So I didn't, but when i got to the Bedfordview station, I was told I just have to join the queue. After 90 minutes in the sun I gave up. So the website is LYING, there is no special treatment for Senior Citizens AT ALL. It seems you have to expect to queue for AT LEAST 2 hours, and many people said it was more like FOUR HOURS. This is once again a pathetic reminder that we live in a third world banana republic, with so-called civil servants who simply do not care.
