Enatis license renewal...pain in the butt

Registration was easy...performing the renewal was easy.

However, delivery took longer than I expected from couriers just over a week rather than maybe like 2 or 3 days.

Then the problems started once I received my envelope.

I had renewed 2 licenses in 1 go.and only received the one.

I sent an email.to the address listed...waited a few days and no response. Sent whatsapp to the numbers...nothing...

Called the call center waited in the queue for like half hour...and have up. Tried again another day and after half hour someone answered and seemed to understand what the problem was and said they will fone me the next day.

I was sceptical...however, surprisingly got a call and she confirmed that she dispatched my license.

I was happy...until the courier dropped it off like a week later...and OMG...they reprinted the one I already had.

Tried again a million half hour fonecalls...no answer or fone getting cut...100 emails...absolutely nothing.

Eventually gave up.and went to the city renewals and they firstly warned me not to do it again online and reprinted it for me. ..

A pain in the butt of an experience!
