eNatis license online renewal ****

I Created an account on the eNatis portal without issue I Paid for my license renewal a week ago and what have I heard - "....crickets...." nothing, no confirmation of payment. Dont bother trying to phone them or even email them, you wont get a response and the telephone will NOT be answered.

When I attempted to log onto the portal again today, the site is no longer safe and NOT secured .

Typical useless government "service"...

Approaching my bank to force a reversal of this payment
