eNATIS lack of service

I regret renewing my car disc using this platform, it is now 4 months since I renewed my car licence and paid for the courier costs I still have not received my disc to date. As I am typing I am holding on their *** call centre number for 27:07 minutes. This is ridiculous. I hope I don't get cut off as soon as I am connected to an agent, which I am starting to doubt there even is.
