ENatis is a failure

Submitted license disk renewal 25 of August. I cudnt download the receipt, i didnt receive any receipt in my mailbox. I think the app was broken.

Also when I log onto their dashboard, the receipt is not displayed.

I tried calling and was met by a queue that left lying to me about my position in the queue. When it was my turn, the call was ended. I did this twice.

Now my money is gone, my disk has expired and I don't know what to do.
