ENATIS IS A ****

PATHETIC AT ITS BEST!!! we paid for our vehicle licence. Upon calling in they said the payment did not go through and this was 2 weeks later. No confirmation email indicating payment received. I was then requested to send proof of payment which I did. they told me to use the confirmation email if being stopped by traffic department. Pulled over by traffic cop who said that email does not suffice and the vehicle should not be on the road. We are now being fined because 14 days later (they say you will receive in 3 working days) there has been no comms and we still dont have a vehicle licence and are now unable to be on the road as we will get fines because their confirmation does not stand/ hold up with COCT traffic people. Absolutely pathetic
