eNatis Call Agents Wrong information on Mabopane DTLC Closure on Saturdays

I phoned on the 14 May 2021 to confirm Mabopane Traffic department office will be opened on Saturday 15 May 2021, which was confirmed by Maleshano.

I arrived at 09:50 the Saturday, to fetch my new drivers licence,to find their offices closed. To top it off, the guards are turning people with booking refence numbers, away because apparently the Call center is misinforming the public and aware that the employees downed tools for the 2nd weekend now, due to non overtime payment.

Why are we being told information that is incorrect, and dont get me started on who is liable for reimbursing our raveling costs incurred for this misleading information?
