I am utterly disgusted with the eNatis online license booking system. First of all, one HAS to book online. They do not explain the FULL process on the site. Once you start the process you become aware of the steps you have to follow, that you find out on your own I might add. They do not tell you that you have to register at a Licence Department. I only found that out after phoning them. Only AFTER you register you are able to make a booking. That in itself is another dreading and lengthy process as available slots are very limited. If you then get a slot, you have to travel to that specific testing station which are out of your immediate area. On arrival at the testing station you are NOT told that you have to get your eyes tested at the licensing centre. This happened to my son this morning. He was suppose to be writing his test at 08h00, which he was not able to do because of him having to wait for his eye test to be done by them. After trying to speak to one of the officials, he told me to leave. I explained to him that both my son and I took time off work to do this today. He simply told me very rudely to make another booking. I was very upset and started to cry. He asked me why I was crying??? This is not acceptable at all!!!!!! I am very disappointed and angry!!!!
