Empty promise on empty promise1

i have paid my vehicle licence disk direct on Natis's website (instead of going via the bank or post office) on 17 November 2023. today my vehicle licence disk expired and i still don't have my disk from Petrus on the call centre ***) to Moosa (the so called supervise at the office made up stories and promised i would have my disk by 29 November after it was only printed on 28th November.

No solumtion to my disk not being issued and delivered to me in a good time frame in order for me to have it by the time my disk expired!

telling me you understand my frustration is not helping DEON or telling me what you can do after i get up with the solution is not good service.
