DRIVERS LICENCE RENEWAL NOTICE AND BROKEN WEBSITE

I have registered on this site and Re-registered again tonight and got the green UP tick of approval only to be told that I do not exist on their website. I did everything including changing my username and password according to their rules and regulations YET!!! I still cannot login to get a renewal form for my vehicle licence. The most BIZARRE thing of all is that they sent me an email last week to remind me to go online to print my renewal notice. Another service passed onto the consumer which they can't get right! So how is it that the do not have me on their system.

THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN!!
