Do not use this website please

**** website and you get stuck so here's my story. I made a booking online for learners license than everything was confirmed and I had to travel to the DLTC I chose to make payments. When I got there the security guard there said there's no such thing as booking online and I'll have to come back the next day and the booking office has been closed. I couldn't come back the next day as I had travelled from far. So the website says if you don't pay your booking automatically cancels after 3 days but mine is still there after 6 days and I cannot book elsewhere I don't know until when. I've been calling and emailing them but no response, the number keeps ringing for dear life and all of a sudden their cancel option isn't functioning online wow.

Someone help me cancel this booking please, I want to do my learners
