DO NOT USE ENATIS
DO NOT use these services at all for the following reasons (a) They calculate the TARA value incorrectly and charge you more. (b) Its imposable to get assistance not by their call center, nor there so called customer care email. Your problems will not end there, to get a refund is imposable.

It is imperative to address the matter concerning eNatis with a sense of urgency and precision. The unsettling situation presented necessitates a thorough investigation to elucidate the discrepancies evident in the financial dealings between the entity and yourself. The reported scenario, involving a significant disparity in the initially quoted amount and the actual sum due for the TLB license disk, is a cause for considerable concern. Given the gravity of these allegations and the apparent recurrent nature of such occurrences involving eNatis, it is crucial to ensure that the appropriate authorities are informed. Primarily, the South African Police Service (SAPS) ought to be engaged to conduct a diligent inquiry into the conduct and practices of eNatis in this regard. Your proactive stance in challenging the initial assessment provided by eNatis is commendable and sheds light on potential systemic issues within the organization. The fact that you were able to procure the license disk at a fraction of the originally quoted price further accentuates the need for a comprehensive review of eNatis' operations and fee structures. It is disconcerting that despite your rightful request for a refund of the excess amount paid, there has been a glaring lack of communication or acknowledgment from eNatis. This lack of responsiveness raises additional red flags regarding the transparency and accountability of the entity. Moving forward, it is recommended that a formal complaint be lodged with both eNatis and relevant consumer protection agencies to ensure that your grievances are heard and addressed expediently. Documenting all pertinent details, such as communication exchanges and payment records, will be instrumental in substantiating your claims and advocating for a prompt resolution to this matter.
