DLTC & Road Management Utter Failure

Disgusting, Useless, Inefficient, waste of time. Impossible to get a slot available whether emergency or not. If you manage to get to the info screen it crashes repeatedly. Takes hours to find a slot then 5 minutes to get the OTP...you send it back and...slot taken start again. I have been on since 08h00 this morning. Multiple page crashes. Lost OTP's

I have to travel to Swaziland in 3 days time . I have been trying since Sept to get a slot. Then I get a notice that says infringement and to call Road Traffic management. I do...no answer at the extension I need. My secretary sits all day trying to get through. Never an answer.

I eventually get a slot at Midrand DLTC. Avoid this place like the plague. More enjoyable sucking razor blades. Stood for 4 hrs before I was processed. Got to pay - infringement R1700 . Asked to query .I was told pay or go to court. I selected option 2 as the queue for payments was 3 hours long.

Long story short - I couldnt fight the infringement so I paid it. Went back to DLTC - they told me I could not pay ( even though every process had been done and signed off ) I had to get another slot). I went to Bedfordview which is closer to me and asked the Supervisor. Same story - No slot - no payment allowed or go to Road Traffic department in Commissioner street

A complete and utter waste of time. Still cant get a slot weeks later . No one answers any phone number to help at any DLTC. It is impossible get assistance or advice How in God's name is this system going to ever process all road users ?
