Disgusting, Pathetic eNatis/RTMC Service

I paid (R591.00 on 03 Mar 2022), for the vehicle license & delivery thereof, which their online portal claims to do within 3 days! It now 23 Mar 2022 – STILL NO DELIVERY! - 20 days later! I have sent several emails and messages to their online portal, but I’m being completely ignored! They do not reply at all! I tried several times to call their online portal number (***) but there is no answer! I decided to lodge a complaint on Hellopeter, and now I see that I'm not the only one who is experiencing DISGUSTING service. It seems we are all being ******! The only two things that appears to function in the online portal is that it happily accepts your payment, and secondly sending an email notifying you that: 1. payment was received from you and, 2. a listing of their terms & conditions. It is only then that you realize reading through these t's & c's, that under no circumstances will refunds be made. Because I have run out of time due to expiry of the current vehicle license, I will now have to go to the local traffic department and pay again for my vehicle license disc. So, ultimately, I have been ******, as they will not refund the initial payment! It seems that the same will happen to all of us! entails claim that they have IT problems with their online system, but in a country that is severely plagued by *******ion, one begins to wonder . . . !
