Disc renewal

I app**** for the disc renewal on the 29th June 2022. I had been waiting for the disc or any update since then but nothing comes through. Luckily I was able to do an application at the post office before they can print the disc. I tried calling and emailing but no one responds to my emails or calls. If there's any direct number I can call please help. I want refund
