Difficulty with Driver's License Renewal on NATiS

Today I was trying to book for my Driver's License Renewal on the website but after entering my ID number, surname and initials it says person entity does not exist okay fine.I try calling them I waited more than 20 minutes on the line until I was CallerNo.1 for 10 minutes until the Robot said it was looking for nearest consultant for 5 minutes until It couldn't hence I am giving this company 1 star for horrible and poor service I was getting today.
