Did not get license i paid for

What a bad experiencing i had i renew my kar licence 22 of september and did not receive anything till now my license is already expired and when i email natis no one reply if i send a whatsapp on the whatsapp line no one answer if i phone you hold for an hour and then you are cut of how do you get hold of these people they took your courier cost and every thing and send you nothing very bad of them.
