Declared dead when apply for prdp

Good day I was in Kempton park to renew my prdp so the system I declare dead but I'm alive.in home affairs they resolve that I'm no longer deceased.reason why I contact you they told me that department of transport my clear up this quiry.or any assistance. I will attach the confirmation letter from home affairs that state I'm no longer deceased My ID number *** Cell number ***
