Come back in an hour I'm going on lunch!

We are told to do booking online....... We then waiting for months on end to get a slot..... Then when we go where we got a slot and even arrive early and already filled in the necessary documents, we get left standing waiting for an hour in line just to be told come back in an hour we're going on lunch!!!!

Don't use Springs License Department they don't take pride in the work they do.
