Car renewal license disk

I have app**** for my renewal car license disk on 23 January 2023. To date am I still not in receipt of same. First it was a backlog with the courier, then, they never received payment. I provided them with my proof of payment, statements reflecting payment together with copies of my identity document. To date, am I still not in receipt of any feedback nor any phone calls to my cellphone. If you do phone them, you hold on for over 20 min, then when you caller number 2, they cut you off. I still have all email correspondence which is available upon request.
