Bad service

They said 3days for motor vehicle license disc renewal but that’s not the case. I did the online application on 22/02/2022 and still nothing. First they took double the money from my card after almost a week they reversed the one payment. Tried to call but number is not working, emailed them a few times, reply received after a week, asked me to send proof of payment and a few other documents. Mailed the documents needed. Still nothing, did not receive any proof that I paid online. Every reply from them on email takes a week and always the same story “we are working on the problem “
