!!! AVOID !!! Do not make use of Online Portal

!!! DO NOT USE THE NATIS ONLINE PORTAL TO RENEW YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATION!!! I paid for the renewal and an additional cost to have the license disc couriered - it is a week later and NOTHING! To date I have not received an SMS, email or telephone call to inform me of the tracking number or delivery date of my license disc. According to their website delivery will be done within 3 days. Queries to their provided email address and calls to their provided telephone number go unanswered. I now have to go in to our Local Traffic Department to arrange for a disc to be issued, so R99 for courier fee was a waste. There is no way of knowing whether a courier was ever even arranged and paid for by Natis.
