Application to renew a driver's license

I went to STLM/licence department to renew my driver's license on the 5th May 2023,only to be told that they cannot order a card for since the system shows that there was a process started to apply for another another card in 2020, of which i know nothing about as my previous driver's licence was still very active by then, as it was obtained in 2017 together with it's Prdp. What **** me off the most is the attitude and behavior of the agent and the lady who was called to come and try to resolve the issue, telling me to try and remember as to where i tried to apply for another card even though i said it repeatedly that it wasn't me who did that as i didn't have any reason to, since my driver's license was still new to be precise. The manager by the name of Veronica was called after i requested for the manager, her as well stated the same thing, that they will give me a temporary driver's permit for now, however before i come back for a card, i should have solved my problems first even after telling her as well that i know nothing about the application. I was sent to the Saps to do clearance, whereby it was found that there's nothing to clear on their side as well. I tried to google the numbers online, whereby maybe i could get help, surprisingly all the numbers aren't working, xan someone try and engage with me regarding this problem please as I'm desparate of my driver's license card before the temporary permit expires.
