This 5-Star rating is specifically for 2 people who helped my get my car license, and not for the system nor the business itself.

The negative reviews say it all regarding my experience too, especially that of telephones not being answered.

After 2 hours of searching for alternative numbers, and being passed from one number to the next, I finally got through to a lady at reception, who listened to my story and put me through to a number that was answered by a person who seemed to take pride in her job.

This lady's name is Andile.

I hope this business reads this review and rewards this lady richly. She is worthy of double her weight in gold!

Andile, listened to my problem, spoke to the appropriate people, continually gave me feedback, and did everything she promised to do, including phoning me back to give me the waybill number for my license.

Everything she said she would do, she did.

And in less than 2 hours after speaking to her, the license was delivered to my door!
