**** Alert!!

**** Alert!!! People please stop using this online system named NATIS, it is another **** created by government to loot people from their hard earned money like SARS. I made a payment on their online system hoping to renew a license disc. The payment went through but on their website it say they were unable to get any money. Contacted my bank about the issue and they reassured me that the payment was indeed made.

To this day my license disc is expired, I have made payments but no help from the call center. You wait an hour for the call to be answered only to get a rude call center agent assisting you and saying there is nothing they can do. Pathetic!! How many times does one need to pay for one license disc..
