A wonderful service until it doesn't work

We app**** for a licence renewal without realising that the licence on another vehicle had not been renewed. We received the document via courier without the disk. We then sorted out the licence on 2nd vehicle but to obtain the disk for the first vehicle: - we cannot pay for a reprint and it to be couriered; - it wasn't included with the 2nd licence disk; and - we cannot get it from our local traffic department as we didn't pay for the disk there. The only way we can get the disk is to visit the Traffic center in Centurion or send a courier on our behalf. We are in Cape Town.

The person on the phone told me that it is a common thing. Yet no solution has been found for this problem.
