A **** to take your money and not deliver

Terrible Service. I paid for a licence disc renewal including the additional R200 to use this service. I received a receipt via the courier with no licence disc.

On phoning I discovered there was a problem with the renewal, that should have been displayed to me, but wasn't. Now they want me to collect the re-issued disc in person, completely defeating the point of an online service. Not to mention that I paid extra for a service that I never received. Agreed with other reviewers, this is a ****. Beware!
